养心定悸胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment with Yangxin Dingji capsule for slow arrhythmia

目的探讨养心定悸胶囊治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将80例器质性心脏病伴缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。所有患者给予常规降脂、降压及抗心肌缺血等治疗,研究组在此基础上加服养心定悸胶囊,治疗4周。观察2组治疗前后临床症状、心率及外周静脉血中血小板活化因子变化情况,统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组患者的心悸、气短乏力、胸闷、晕厥、头晕、畏寒肢冷积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0. 05),且研究组的心悸、气短乏力、胸闷、晕厥积分均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05); 2组治疗后心率均明显快于治疗前(P均<0. 05),CD63、CD62、TSD水平均明显低于治疗前(P均<0. 05),且研究组心率明显快于对照组(P <0. 05),CD63、CD62、TSD水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),2组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论养心定悸胶囊能够显著提高缓慢性心律失常患者心率,降低血小板活化因子水平,同时明显改善患者的临床症状。

Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Dingji capsule in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia.Methods Eighty patients with structural heart disease and slow arrhythmia were randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional lipid-owering,antihypertensive and anti-myocardial ischemia therapy.On the basis of this,the study group was treated with Yangxin Dingji capsule for 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms,heart rate and platelet activating factor in peripheral venous blood were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness,syncope,dizziness,and limb chills were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness,and syncope in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate of the two groups was significantly faster while the levels of CD63,CD62 and TSD were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the heart rate of the study group was significantly faster while the levels of CD63,CD62 and TSD were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Dingji capsule can significantly improve the heart rate,reduce the level of platelet activating factor,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with brad arrhythmia.
