摘要
基于线上消费对线下消费量、消费主体,消费特点以及对消费载体变化的影响,作为线下消费主要载体的商业建筑转型迫在眉睫。结合国内外著名案例研究,从消费主体、场景、功能、环境、设备五个方面,阐述了现代商业建筑设计的新趋势,提出商业建筑设计注重女性关怀、主题个性、功能融合、环境人性、设备智能的新特点,以满足现代消费需求。
Based on the impact of online consumption on changes offline consumption,consumer,consumption characteristics and carriers,the transformation of commercial buildings as the main carrier of offline consumption is imminent.Combined with well-known case studies at home and abroad,from aspects of the consumption subject,scene,function,environment,equipment,we explained the development trend of commercial building design.We put forward that commercial building design should focus on women's concerns,thematic individuality,functional integration,environmental humanization,and new intelligence features,so as to meet modern consumer demand.
