基于大数据的苏州开放街区分析研究

Analysis and Research of Suzhou Open Block Based on Big Data

在传统封闭小区的大规模建设带来生活、出行不便以及文化断裂的大背景下,苏州作为各类试点城市,为顺应城市的发展,有必要对开放街区进行探讨研究。该文通过研读文献梳理出开放街区的定量和定性衡量指标,基于此通过大数据分析手段对苏州开放街区进行初步判定,得出苏州现状及规划的行政办公用地基本上符合开放街区尺度及其他要求。最后,通过大数据分析与实地调研相结合的方法,总结分析出苏州老城和新城开放街区建设面临的关键问题,以期支撑后续苏州居住型开放街区设计指引工作的开展。

In the background of the large scale construction of the traditional closed community,Suzhou,as a pilot city,it is necessary to study the open block in orderto adapt to the development of the city.In this paper,the quantitative and qualitative measurement index of open block is combedthrough the study of literature.We make a preliminary determination on the open block of Suzhou by means of large data analysis,and draw a conclusion that the status and administrative office land of Suzhou are basically in line with the open block scale and other requirements.Finally,through the combination of large data analysis and field research,we summarize and analyze the key problems facing the construction of Suzhou old city and new town open block,in order to support the development of the following Suzhou residential open block design guidance work.
