大安全观指导下的安全情报学若干基本问题思辨

Study on Some Basic Issues of Safety & Security-related Intelligence Science under the Guidance of the Big Safety & Security Concept

[目的/意义]安全情报学是一门情报学科与安全学科交叉领域势在必建的新学科。目前,探讨安全情报学的学科建设问题,特别是它的学科基本问题正当时,这对促进安全情报学建设和发展具有十分重要的理论意义和深远的现实意义。[方法/过程]运用理论思辨方法,从大安全角度出发,依次深入剖析安全情报学的6个学科基本问题,即学科定义与内涵、学科性质、学科研究对象、学科研究内容、学科基础和学科分支。[结果/结论]研究发现,安全情报学具备成为一门独立学科的条件,其学科基本问题研究可为安全情报学学科建设奠定坚实的理论基础和提供一幅蓝图,有助于促进安全情报学的健康、科学和可持续发展。

[Purpose/Significance] Safety & security-related intelligence (SI) science is a new discipline emerging in the intersection between intelligence science and safety & security science, which is in urgent need to be established. At present, it is the right time to discuss the discipline construction of SI science, especially the basic issues of SI science, which is of great theoretical and practical importance for promoting the discipline construction and development of SI science.[Method/Process] By using theoretical thinking method, and from the big safety & security perspective, this article deeply analyzes the six basic issues of SI science discipline, including the definition and connotation, nature, research object, research content, foundation, and branches of the discipline.[Result/Conclusion] The results show that, SI science has the conditions to become an independent discipline. Meanwhile, the study on the basic issues of SI science discipline can lay a solid theoretical foundation and provide a blueprint for the discipline construction of SI science, which helps to promote the healthy, scientific and sustainable development of SI science.
