炭黑尾气综合利用效能探究

基于炭黑尾气自身特性,通过对炭黑尾气利用的方式在工艺技术条件、工艺安全及经济性等方面进行全面评判,结合能效、经济性、系统平衡、环保排放等得出最佳的炭黑尾气综合利用方式。炭黑尾气用于尾气锅炉的经济性较用于回炉燃料气好,以掺混方式用于回炉可规避独立用于回炉所存在的诸多弊端。

Based on the characteristics of carbon black tail gas, the best comprehensive utilization mode of carbon black tail gas is obtained through comprehensive evaluation of its technological conditions, process safety and economy, combined with energy efficiency, economy, system balance and environmental protection emissions. Carbon black tail gas used in tail gas boiler is more economical than that it used in coke oven, and it can avoid many drawbacks of using carbon black tail gas independently in the coke oven by mixing way.
