摘要
研究了碳酸钠(Na2CO3)作为均聚后水解工艺生产超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺过程中的水解剂时,水解剂加入量、水解温度、水解时间等因素对产品质量的影响,并与氢氧化钠(NaOH)作为水解剂进行对比,探索了Na2CO3作为水解剂的可行性和优缺点。
The effects of adding amount of hydrolytic agent, hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time on the quality of the product were studied when Na2CO3 was used as hydrolysant in the process of homopolymerizing and post-hydrolyzing the ultrahigh molecular weight polyacrylamide. Compared with NaOH as hydrolytic agent, the feasibility, advantages and disadvantages of Na2CO3 as hydrolytic agent were wxplored.
