摘要 HALOPA分析是基于HAZOP (Hazard and operability study)危险可操作分析与LOPA (Layer of protection analysis)保护层分析的危险性评价方法。以罐区中甲苯罐设计为例,识别其可能存在的安全隐患,并根据HALOPA分析的结果,提出完善储罐可操作性建议措施,并对储罐相关仪表进行SIL(Safety integrity level)定级。 HALOP Analysis is based on Hazard and operability and Layer of protection analysis. In this paper, the mixed aromatics tank is taken as an example to identify potential safety risks of the tank.Suggestions and measures to improve the tank are proposed and Safety integrity level of tank instrument is graded according to the results of HALOPA analysis.
