摘要
煤制甲醇合成气中含有甲烷。探索采用深冷分离回收工艺,将合成气中甲烷进一步分离,并综合利用。分离回收的甲烷可作为清洁能源CNG或LNG使用,同时又降低甲醇合成的副反应及压缩机、后续工艺的能耗,达到环保和节能减排的目的,具有很好的示范作用。
Methane is contained in coal-to-methanol synthesis gas. The methane separation in the synthesis gas is further separated and comprehensively utilized. The separated and recovered methane can be used as clean energy CNG or LNG, and reduce the side reaction of methanol synthesis. And the energy consumption of compressors and subsequent processes has achieved the purpose of environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and has a good demonstration role.
