建筑工程施工质量管理改进对策实证研究

Empirical Study on the Improving Measures of Construction Quality Management

为了改善目前建筑工程施工质量管理中的不足之处,促进施工质量的提高,论文通过实证研究等方法,阐述了对建筑工程加强施工质量管理的意义,分析了目前在我国建筑工程的施工质量管理中缺乏质量意识、对材料质量管理不到位、工程分包管理不严等问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的改进措施。最后通过在某建筑工程中的实践应用来检验对策的有效性。

In order to improve the current construction quality management of the inadequacies,to promote the improvement of construction quality,this paper expounds the significance of strengthening the construction quality management.By analyzing the problems existing in the quality management of the construction project in our country,such as the lack of the quality consciousness,the lack of the material quality management and the lax management of the sub-contract of the project,etc.,this paper put forward a series of improving measures,including strengthening management consciousness,strictly controlling the material quality and establishing QC groups.In the end,the effectiveness of these measures has been tested and proved through the practical application in a construction project.
