摘要
三轴搅拌桩在基坑支护工程中起到非常重要的作用,一般分为两种形式:搅拌桩桩体中间不插入型钢的和搅拌桩桩体内插H型钢(俗称SMW工法)。通过对三轴搅拌桩施工质量的跟踪发现并提出施工中影响施工质量的各种问题及影响因素,并针对不同问题提出切实可行的处理措施及方案。本工程取得的施工经验对营口地区三轴搅拌桩施工具有指导意义。
Three-axis mixing pile plays an important role in foundation pit enclosure engineering.It is generally divided into two forms:the H-shaped steel(commonly known as the SMW method)is inserted into the pile of the mixing pile without inserting the steel and the mixing pile.Through the tracking of the construction quality of the three-axis mixing pile,the problems and influencing factors affecting the construction quality in the construction are found and feasible measures are proposed for different problems.The construction experience obtained in this project has g uiding significance for the construction of three-axis mixing piles in Yingkou area.
