摘要
目前,随着设计及环保节能的精细化发展,钢结构焊接对熔深的要求越来越多,而且越来越精确,均要求精确到毫米级。但常规的A超检测因各种因素的影响,检测熔深大致数据准确,但对焊缝熔深的检测不全面也不精确。为了应对各种板厚及各种焊接熔深的精确检测,引进了目前前沿的超声波检测技术——相控阵检测技术。根据设计熔深与实际熔深的对比,调整了对应熔深工艺方案,有效解决了焊接过程中各种熔深不足而返修的问题。
At present,with the detailed development of design and environmental protection and energy conservation,steel structure welding has more and more requirements for welding depth,and more and more accurate,all require accuracy to the millimeter level.However,due to the influence of various factors,the general data of the conventional NDT is no problem,but the testing of the welding depth is not comprehensive and accurate.In order to deal with the accurate testing of various plate thicknesses and various welding depths,the current frontier ultrasonic testing technology-phased array testing technology.According to the comparison between the design and the welding depths,the corresponding welding depth process scheme is adjusted,which effectively solves the problem of insufficient welding depth and repair in the welding process.
