摘要
以某电站汽轮发电机高电磁噪声现象为背景,研究了发电机电磁噪声的形成机制。通过提高发电机铁芯轴向和圆周方向的紧力、增大定位筋与铁芯的结合力,提高了发电机铁芯和定位筋对电磁力的抵御能力,解决了汽轮发电机高电磁噪声的问题。
Based on the high electromagnetic noise phenomenon of a steam turbine generator in a power station,the formation mechanism of generator electromagnetic noise was studied.By increasing the axial and circumferential tightening force of the generator core and the binding force between the positioning rib and the core,the resistance of the generator core and the positioning rib to the electromagnetic force was improved,and the problem of high electromagnetic noise of the turbo generator was thus solved.
