摘要 变频器一拖二方式下凝结水泵的定期试启与普通互为备用的凝结水泵切换过程有所不同,显得更为复杂,如操作不当,将引起凝结水中断,甚至机组跳闸的后果,对电力生产安全影响较大。针对华能瑞金电厂变频器一拖二方式下凝结水泵的试启过程进行了深入地分析,指出了其中的危险点及有关操作要领,对变频器一拖二方式下凝结水泵的安全切换具有现实的指导意义。 The start-up process in periodic test of condensate pumps which are driven by one shared converter is different from the switching process of general condensate pumps which can reverse each other.The former process is more complicated.In case of improper operation,it will cause the condensate to be interrupted,or even the unit trip,which has a great impact on the safe operation of unit.In this paper,the start-up process in Huaneng Ruijin Power Plant is analyzed in depth.The dangerous points and the key points in operation in the start-up process are pointed out.It's a practical guide to the safety switching of condensate pumps driven by one shared converter.
