创业环境对返乡农民工创业意愿的影响

Influence Entrepreneurial Environment on Entrepreneurial Intention of Returning Rural Migrant Workers

基于山东省临沂市385份返乡农民工数据,使用因子分析、相关分析和层级回归等方法研究创业环境对创业意愿影响。结果表明,年龄和月收入显著影响当前创业意愿和长期创业意愿;文化程度显著影响当前创业意愿;收入满意度、政策支持和创业氛围显著影响曾经创业意愿、当前创业意愿和长期创业意愿;曾经创业意愿显著影响当前创业意愿和长期创业意愿,当前创业意愿显著影响长期创业意愿。因此,应进一步完善和优化乡村创业政策环境,营造浓厚乡村创业氛围,并区分年龄、文化程度、月收入及收入满意度等特征,针对性引导和增强返乡农民工创业意愿。

Based on data of 385 rural migrant workers in Linyi City of Shandong Province, factor analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression were used to study the impact of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial intention. The results were as the followings: age and monthly income significantly affected current entrepreneurial intention and long-term entrepreneurial intention of returning migrant workers;education level significantly affected current entrepreneurial intention;income satisfaction, policy support and entrepreneurial atmosphere significantly affected past entrepreneurial intention, current entrepreneurial intention and long- term entrepreneurial intention;once- entrepreneurial intention had a significant impact on current and long- term entrepreneurial intention, while current entrepreneurial intention had a significant impact on long- term entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it should further improve and optimize the policy environment of rural entrepreneurship, create a strong atmosphere of rural entrepreneurship, and pertinently guide and enhance the entrepreneurial intention according to the characteristics of age, education level, monthly income and income satisfaction of returning migrant workers.
