摘要
电力机车属于单相非对称性负载,虽然产生的再生制动能量相当可观,但是包含大量的谐波成分及负序分量,会严重影响电力系统的安全运行,且电力部门提出的"反送正计"计费方式也会使其产生大量的运营经济费用。为此,研究了一种变流装置,可将27.5kV牵引供电网上电力机车再生的制动能量返送到铁路10kV贯通线,从而提高高速铁路供电系统的稳定性、经济性。
Although the electric locomotive belongs to single phase asymmetric load,the regenerative braking energy contains a large number of harmonic and negative sequence component,which will seriously affect the safe operation of power system,and the power sector "Fold back are billing" put forward by the billing way will produce large amounts of operating economy. A converter device which will send the 27.5kV online electric locomotive traction power supply regenerative braking energy to return to 10kV railway power transmission line,so as to improve the stability and economy of high speed railway power supply system operation.
