摘要
基于供电服务指挥中心的抢修指挥工作,利用自动化监控、语音呼叫、无线通信等技术,通过实时获取现场抢修信息,全面整合抢修队伍、抢修人员、接单信息、抵达现场、故障处置进度等信息,实现抢修过程实时监控、关键环节超时主动预警、通知精确到人,充分发挥信息系统自动化的优势,解决人工监控、通知效率低下的问题,支撑抢修指挥高效开展。
Based on the emergency repair command work of power supply command center,the automatic monitoring,voice calling,wireless communication and other technologies were used to obtain on-site emergency repair information in real time. The emergency repair team,emergency repair personnel,arrival at the spot,fault disposal progress,etc.,were integrated. The functions of real-time monitoring of emergency repair process,active early warning of key links overtime,accurate notification to the person were implemented. The advantages of information system automation was given full play and the problem of low efficiency of manual monitoring and notification was solved. Emergency repair command was supported to improve effectively.
