Cause Analysis on Heavy Gas Misoperation of On-load Tap Changer of 35kV Main Transformer

对绝缘油老化引起的一起变压器重瓦斯误动作故障进行了分析,对可能造成重瓦斯动作的原因进行了试验,最终确认重瓦斯动作为瓦斯继电器内部受潮短路所致,并根据故障情况提出了相应的解决办法和建议。

This paper analyzed the heavy gas misoperation of the transformer caused by the aging of the insulating oil. The possible causes of heavy gas action were tested. Finally,it is confirmed that the heavy gas action is caused by the short circuit inside the gas relay due to the damp. According to the fault situation,the corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward.
