摘要
针对一起主变非计划停运电力安全事件,基于事件前后电网运行方式,探究安全事件发生原因和事件性质,以期为相关人员提供参考。
Based on the operation mode of the power grid before and after the event,the cause and nature of the security event are explored,so as to be a reference for related personnel.
