Discussion and Application of Efficient Management Scheme of Safety Measures in Substation

为提升变电站安全措施布防效率,提出一种精简高效的安全措施管理方案。首先,设计了能减少安全措施布置时间的新型设施;其次,对目前使用的安全措施实施方式进行技术革新。所提方法成功应用于某500kV变电站,明显提升了安全措施的布防效率。

In order to improve the efficiency of substation safety measures,a simplified and efficient method was proposed in this paper. Firstly,the new facilities that could reduce the deployment time of safety measures was invented. Secondly,the current implementation technologies of safety measures arrangement were reformed. Finally,the proposed method was successfully applied to a 500kV substation,which showed that the proposed method could improve the efficiency of security measures obviously.
