摘要
提出了一种采用领结天线单元的毫米波5G相控阵天线设计。在手机PCB板的两个不同面上采用两个相同的具有八个不规则六边形领结天线单元的线性相控阵列。天线设计所使用的基板是Arlon AR 350,其厚度H=0.5mm,介电常数=3.5,损耗角正切δ=0.0026。该天线的工作频率范围从24GHz至34GHz,天线在28GHz有较好的辐射性能,而这一频段是未来5G蜂窝网络载波频率的有力候选。
A millimeter-wave 5G phased array antenna design using a butterfly antenna unit is proposed.Two identical linear phased arrays with eight irregular hexagonal dish antenna elements are used on two different faces of the mobile PCB board.The substrate used for the antenna design was an Arlon AR 350 with a thickness H=0.5 mm,a dielectric constant=3.5,and a loss tangentδ=0.0026.The operating frequency of the antenna ranges from 24 GHz to 34 GHz,and the antenna has good radiation performance at 28 GHz,and this frequency band is a strong candidate for the carrier frequency of future 5G cellular networks.
