乳化炸药生产工艺及其安全管理

Production Technology and Safety Management of Emulsion Explosive

近年来,我国的乳化炸药生产工艺得到了显著提升,乳化炸药的生产流程和生产工艺都逐渐规范化。但是由于其在管理上还存在一定的缺陷,导致爆炸事故频繁发生。论文针对乳化炸药的生产工艺、生产线关键设备、危险因素以及安全管理做了简要论述,以供参考。

In recent years,the production technology of emulsion explosive in China has been significantly improved,and the production process and technology of emulsion explosive are gradually standardized.However,there are still some defects in the management of emulsion explosives,which lead to frequent explosion accidents.This paper briefly discusses the production technology,key equipment of production line,risk factors and safety management of emulsion explosive,for reference.
