随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展和逐渐完善,装备制造业面临着更为激烈的市场竞争,石油装备制造业更是如此。石油装备制造企业要想提高市场竞争力,实现成本的降低和效益的提高,就要进行科学有效的管理。论文主要对石油装备制造企业管理中存在的问题进行了研究,并对如何实现科学有效的管理进行了探讨。

With the continuous development and gradual improvement of China's socialist market economy,the equipment manufacturing industry is faced with more and more intense market competition,especially in the petroleum equipment manufacturing industry.In order to improve the market competitiveness and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement,petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises must carry out scientific and effective management.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the management of petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises,and discusses how to realize the scientific and effective management.
