In the logistics management work of colleges and universities,project management is one of the most important work contents.How to optimize the project management path,and then achieve the expected goal of project management and timely optimization of the management mode,we should pay attention to the scientificity and practicability in making project plan.The paper probes into the optimization path of logistics project management in colleges and universities from the aspects of constantly improving and standardizing project management procedures and systems,strengthening supervision of project management and improving the comprehensive quality of managers,so as to give full play to the guarantee and basic role of college logistics in the overall work of colleges and universities,for reference.
