Nuclear power development has entered a new era,and we need to do well the construction of nuclear safety culture.This paper discusses the construction and improvement of nuclear safety culture in the new era from the aspects of nuclear power regulations,nuclear power management and human factors,emphasizes the need for integrity and transparency in nuclear safety culture,and further elaborates that"safety first,quality first"is not a slogan,but a concept deeply rooted in the heart of nuclear power through"three rigorous and three practical".
