企业法治建设的几点思考

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼于实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦、实现党和国家的长治久安,做出全面推进依法治国的重大抉择,不断开辟全面依法治国的理论和实践新境界,显著增强了中国共产党运用法律手段领导和治理国家的能力。作为企业如何响应时代号召,落实党中央精神,需要企业管理者认真思考,论文结合企业管理实际,谈了对企业法治管理的几点看法。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has focused on realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,Chinese Dream,realizing Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the long-term stability of the Party and the state,and has made a major choice to promote the rule of law in an all-round way and constantly opened up a new realm of theory and practice for the rule of law in an all-round way,and the ability of the Communist Party of China to use legal means to lead and govern the country has been significantly enhanced.As an enterprise,how to respond to the call of the times and implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee,it needs the enterprise managers to think seriously.This paper combines the reality of enterprise management,and discusses some opinions on the rule of law management of enterprises.
