摘要
心理契约在现代企业人力资源管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色。论文期望通过基于心理契约视角下的国有企业人力资源管理策略研究,探索适合当前国企改革发展形势的员工心理契约管理策略,促进国有企业人力资源管理效用最大化,实现企业与员工共同发展。
Psychological contract plays an increasingly important role in modern enterprise human resource management.Based on the study of human resource management strategies of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of psychological contract,this paper aims to explore the employee psychological contract management strategies suitable for the current reform and development of state-owned enterprises,so as to maximize the effectiveness of human resource management of state-owned enterprises and realize the common development of enterprises and employees.
