核电站状态监测规程(SPE)是状态导向法事故规程(SOP)之一,安全工程师应用SPE规程来确认操作员执行的规程是否适合目前机组的运行状态。论文给出了SPE规程执行过程中所用到的判据图的数字化设计,以辅助安全工程师应用SPE规程。

The State Monitoring Regulation(SPE)of nuclear power station is one of the state-oriented accident regulations(SOP).Safety engineers apply SPE procedures to verify that the procedures performed by operators are appropriate for the current operating conditions of units.The paper presents the digital design of the criterion diagram used in the execution of the SPE procedure,so as to assist safety engineers in applying the SPE procedure.
