摘要
空调制造中需要的物料种类较多,物料的供应风险和产品重要程度对空调物料的库存量有着极大影响,影响着企业库存总成本。通过卡拉杰克矩阵对空调物料进行分类研究,建立了基于BP人工神经网络的空调物料预测模型。笔者根据空调物料企业库存数据,验证了模型的有效性。
There are many kinds of materials needed in airconditioning manufacturing. The supply risk of materials and the importance of products have a great impact on the inventory of airconditioning materials, affecting the total inventory cost of enterprises. The airconditioning materials are classified by Karajack matrix, and the airconditioning materials prediction model based on BP artificial neural network is established. According to the inventory data of air conditioning material enterprises, the validity of the model is verified.
