摘要
笔者针对水务部门的实际需求,建立了一套面向城镇供水全流程应用监控系统,采用SCADA技术,对水厂、水源井群、管网节点群进行监控和遥测,实现了水厂与水源井群的自动控制,水源井现场的无人值守,保证了下游供水管网的压力平衡。同时,实现了不依赖市电的远程抄表和阀门在低功耗下的远程遥控,达到了供水监控设备的分散控制和集中管理。
Aiming at the actual needs of water department, the author establishes an application monitoring system for the whole process of urban water supply. SCADA technology is used to monitor and telemetry the water plants, water wells and network nodes. The automatic control of water plants and water wells is realized. The unattended water wells ensure the pressure balance of downstream water supply network. At the same time, the remote meter reading and valve remote control without relying on municipal electricity are realized under low power consumption, and the decentralized control and centralized management of water supply monitoring equipment are achieved.
