摘要
随着流水线生产过程中对产品的自动检测要求不断提高,传统的人工检测从效率和准确度方面已不能满足生产需求。另外,缺陷产品流入市场,对消费者的权益和企业的发展有不好的影响。因此,利用机器视觉技术针对罐体的形状缺陷、印刷缺陷等问题,进行图像采集、图像处理和实时检测,实现快速、准确的识别并剔除有罐体缺陷的产品,提高整个生产线的效率。
With the increasing demand for automatic detection of products in pipeline production process, the traditional manual detection can not meet the production requirements in terms of efficiency and accuracy. In addition, the inflow of defective products into the market has a negative impact on the rights and interests of consumers and the development of enterprises. Therefore, machine vision technology is used for image acquisition, image processing and real-time detection of tank shape defects, printing defects and other issues, to achieve rapid and accurate identification and elimination of tank defects products, and improve the efficiency of the entire production line.
