Discussion on the Development of Regulation and Control Fusion of Electric Power Information and Communication

信息化背景下,随着电力系统中通信调控融合技术的发展,改变了以往电力体系的管控模式和管控思路,全新的信息化管控理念与传统电力业务相融合,共同进步。笔者以现代电力系统管理为出发点,阐述了信息化背景下电力通信调控融合发展过程中所面临的难点,从中总结经验,提出了基于现代智能电网建设的电力调控管理技术的发展和创新方向。

Under the background of informationization, with the development of the integration technology of communication regulation and control in power system, the management and control mode and ideas of the former power system have been changed, and the new concept of informationization management and control has been integrated with the traditional power business to make progress together. Taking modern power system management as the starting point, the author expounds the difficulties faced in the development of power communication regulation and integration under the background of informationization, summarizes the experience, and puts forward the development and innovation direction of power regulation and management technology based on the construction of modern smart grid.
