渔业产业结构对经济增长影响的实证分析——以沿海9省份为例

An empirical analysis on the impact of fishery industrial structure on economic growth: take nine coastal provinces as an example

本文对渔业产业结构不合理、产能过剩等制约问题,采用2003-2014年中国沿海9省份的面板数据,对渔业三大产业及细分行业与渔业经济增长关系进行了回归分析。研究结果表明:中国沿海9省份的渔业生产结构依然存在着第一产业比重过大的不合理问题,渔业经济增长主要依靠第一产业,二三产业贡献度相对较低,这种不合理的产业结构势必会影响中国渔业经济发展和国际竞争力。同时,渔业经济增长主要依赖渔业养殖、渔业捕捞、水产品加工和水产品流通运输行业,但其带动效益偏低,休闲渔业成为渔业经济的新增长点。文章最后提出优化渔业产业结构、提升渔业科技创新能力和大力发展现代服务业等策略。

Based on the panel data of nine coastal provinces in China from 2003 to 2014,a regression analysis was made according to the connections of the three major fishery industries,sub-sectors of fishery,and fishery economic growth.The results show that there are still unreasonable problems in the fishery production structure in the nine coastal provinces of China,the fishery economic growth mainly depends on the primary industry,and the contribution degree of the secondary and tertiary industries is relatively low.This unreasonable industrial structure will inevitably affect the development of China's fishery economy and international competitiveness.At the same time,the growth of fishery mainly depends on fisheries breeding,fishing,aquatic products processing and aquatic products transportation,but its driving efficiency is low,recreational fishery has become a new growth point of fishery economy.At the end of this paper,it puts forward some strategies,such as optimizing fishery industry structure,enhancing fishery science and technology innovation ability,and vigorously developing modem service industry.
