支持强度分析的轻量级材料数据库的设计与开发 被引量:7

摘要 航空工业中,材料性能及相关数据作为飞机结构设计和产品研制的重要基础,在结构分析、强度计算、材料研制加工、产品设计、结构选材和失效分析等方面有大量应用。材料数据库及相关信息技术则是有效利用这一资源的关键和基础。然而商业材料数据库数据不完善,缺乏和工程分析的专业性结合,并且维护成本过高。因此,针对结构强度分析流程,采用面向对象的程序设计思想和SQLite数据库技术,完成了轻量级工程材料库的设计与开发,并实现了与HAJIF软件的无缝集成。既验证了数据库的可行性,又为实际工程应用提供了方便。 In aviation industry, material properties and related data are the important foundations for aircraft structure design and product development. There are a lot of applications in structure analysis, strength calculation, material development and processing, product design, material selection and failure analysis, and material database and related information technology are the key and basis for the effective use of this resource. However, the data of commercial material database is imperfect, lacks the professional combination of engineering analysis, and the maintenance cost is too high. Aiming at the process of structural strength analysis, we used object-oriented programming idea and SQLite database technology to complete the design and development of lightweight engineering material library, and realize seamless integration with HAJIF. It not only verifies the feasibility of the database, but also provides convenience for practical engineering applications.
