高中篮球选项教学中存在的问题及对策研究

为了提高高中篮球教学的质量,促进篮球运动的更好发展,文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对无锡市区9所高中篮球选项课教学进行一个全面的了解,对无锡市区高中篮球选项课的教学现状进行讨论分析,并提出了相应的对策和措施。"选项教学是学生在学校课程设置的范围内,在专业老师的正确指导下,根据自己的特长、兴趣、爱好,选择适合于自己的体育项目学习,以更好地掌握该项目的基本知识和技能"。篮球运动具有对抗性、趣味性以及健身性等特点而备受高中该年龄段学生的喜爱。通过把篮球选项课作为体育教学的重要组成内容,能够激发学生的学习热情,提高课堂效率,能够帮助学生提高篮球技术水平及身体素质,培养对篮球运动的兴趣,促进终身体育意识的发展。
