输电线压弯除冰实验研究

摘要 以LGJ-120/20覆冰导线为实验试件,进行了压弯除冰实验研究,为有关输电线路自动行走压弯除冰装置的设计提供可靠参数和理论依据。实验结果表明:覆冰厚度不同,适合除冰的加载速率不同。覆冰的剥离强度与加载速率和覆冰厚度有关,加载速率增大,覆冰破碎脱落应变增大;覆冰厚度增加,覆冰破碎脱落应变减小。在低加载速率下,温度对覆冰破碎脱落应变的影响比较明显,但在高加载速率下,该应变随温度变化不大。 The experimental study on the pressure-bending deicing of LGJ-120/20 iced conductor was carried out.To provide reliable parameters and theoretical basis for the design of automatic walking ice removing device with the transmission line.The result shows that the loading rate of deicing is dependent on the icing thickness.The peel strength of icing is related to the loading rate and icing thickness.The loading rate is increased,the breaking and falling strain of icing increase with the increase of loading rate,but decrease with the increase of icing thickness.Under low loading rate,temperature has an remarkable effect on the breaking and falling strain of icingwhich is not significantly influenced under high loading rate.
