日照市高中竞技健美操发展现状的研究——以东港区为例

本文通过分析日照市普通高中竞技健美操发展现状,找出制约日照市竞技健美操教学与训练方面开展的不利因素,从而采取相应对策以提升日照市各高中竞技健美操水平,并为相关部门的决策提供参考依据。本文对东港区4所开设竞技健美操项目的学校进行了调查研究,通过实地调查、查阅资料等方法获取了详实的数据资料,针对高中竞技健美操运动员选材来源、场地器材设施配备、师资力量、参加校内训练情况、参加比赛所取得的成绩以及竞技健美操考生高考专业通过率等几个方面展开了讨论与分析。

this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of competitive aerobics in ordinary high schools in Rizhao city, and f inds out the unfavorable factors that restrict the teaching and training of competitive aerobics in Rizhao city, so as to take corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of competitive aerobics in each high school of rizhao city, and provide reference for the relevant departments. In this paper, four schools with competitive aerobics program in Donggang District were investigated and studied. Detailed data were obtained by means of f ield surveys and access to information. This paper discusses and analyzes the selection of high school competitive aerobics athletes, the equipment and equipment, the teachers' strength, the participation in the school training, the results obtained in the competition, and the pass rate of competitive aerobics candidates' college entrance examination.
