不同专业卫生工作者参与卫生社团活动情况调查

Survey on the participation of different professional health workers in health associations

目的了解不同专业卫生工作者参与卫生科技社团活动的现状,根据不同专业工作者对卫生社团及其举办活动的意见,提出相应的建议。方法于2017年10—12月向参与河南省医学会各专科分会活动的卫生科技工作者发放并回收调查问卷。通过Epidata 3.1录入数据并建立数据库,采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件处理数据。结果有效问卷745份,儿科、妇产科、内科、外科、公共卫生科、放射科/麻醉科和其他科卫生工作者分别占2.8%、8.5%、37.4%、17.4%、6.7%、17.0%、10.0%。参与调查的卫生工作者年龄主要集中于46～55岁,占47.1%。卫生工作者工作年限主要集中于20～29 a。不同专业工作者年龄、工作年限比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卫生工作者职称主要集中于副高级和正高级,分别占44.6%、48.2%。不同专业卫生工作者职称分布比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。86.3%的卫生工作者经常参加(>60%)卫生科技社团举办的活动。不同专业工作者参与卫生科技社团的频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同专科卫生社团举办活动的频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同专业工作者对卫生社团活动频率的看法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。50.0%以上的卫生工作者认为卫生社团举办活动对培养学科带头人,自身工作、科研及促进学科发展有很大帮助。不同专业卫生工作者对卫生社团举办活动的态度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卫生社团发挥了人才培养与促进学科进步的作用,应根据不同专业卫生工作者的需求,吸引高精尖专业人才,针对相关专业举办更多技能培训活动,促进卫生工作者更多地参与卫生科技社团。

Objective To acknowledge the status quo of health workers of different professions participating in health science and technology associations, and to put forward corresponding suggestions according to the opinions of different professionals on health associations and their activities. Methods From October of 2017 to December of 2017, questionnaires were distributed and collected to health science and technology workers participating in the activities of various specialized branches of Henan Medical Association. Data were entered through Epidata 3.1 and a database was established. SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used to process the data. Results A total of 745 valid questionnaires were obtained. Health workers in pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, surgery, public health, radiology/anesthesia and other departments accounted for 2.8%, 8.5%, 37.4%, 17.4%, 6.7%, 17.0% and 10.0% respectively. The age of health workers participating in the survey was mainly from 46 to 55 years old, accounting for 47.1%. The working life of health workers was mainly concentrated in 20 to 29 years. The age and working years of different professional workers were significantly different ( P < 0.05). The professional titles of health workers were mainly concentrated in deputy senior and senior positions, accounting for 44.6% and 48.2% respectively. The difference in the distribution of professional titles among health workers in different professions was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The health workers who often took part in (>60%) activities organized by health science and technology associations accounted for 86.3%. There was no statistical difference in the frequency of different professional workers participating in health science and technology associations ( P > 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the frequency of activities organized by different specialized health associations ( P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the opinions of different professional workers on the activity frequency of health associations ( P > 0.05). More than 50.0% of health workers thought that the activities organized by health associations were of great help to the cultivation of discipline leaders, their own work, scientific research and the promotion of discipline development. There was no significant difference in the attitudes of health workers of different professions towards activities organized by health associations ( P > 0.05). Conclusion The health and medical organization has played a role of talent training and promoting the advancement of disciplines. Meanwhile, it needs to meet the demand of different professional talents, attract senior talents, organize skill training activities for different majors, to promote greater participation of health workers in health science and technology communities.
