摘要 目的探讨microRNA-197(miR-197)在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)中提取有关HCC的miR-197基因表达谱和相关临床特征及预后信息,利用SPSS统计学软件分析miR-197在HCC癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,分析miR-197与HCC患者临床特征及预后的相关性。结果 miR-197在HCC癌组织中的表达量低于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM分期与HCC癌组织miR-197表达水平有关(P<0.05)。性别、年龄、病理分级、血清AFP水平与HCC癌组织miR-197表达水平无关(P>0.05)。miR-197高表达组HCC患者的整体生存率高于miR-197低表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 miR-197可参与HCC的发生发展过程,有望被作为早期诊断HCC的生物标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of microRNA-197 (miR-197) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The miR-197 gene expression profile and related clinical features and prognosis information of HCC were extracted from the cancer genome atlas (TCGA). SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the expression of miR-197 in HCC cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to HCC, and to analyze the correlation between miR-197 and clinical features and prognosis of HCC patients. Results The expression of miR-197 in HCC tissues was lower than that in normal tissues adjacent to HCC, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). TNM staging was related to miR-197 expression in HCC tissues ( P < 0.05). Sex, age, pathological grade and the level of AFP in serum were not correlated with miR-197 expression in HCC tissues ( P > 0.05). The overall survival rate of HCC patients with high expression of miR-197 was higher than that of patients with low expression of miR-197, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion miR-197 could participate in the occurrence and development of HCC and is expected to be used as a biomarker for early diagnosis of HCC.
