基于冲蚀磨损理论的压裂滑套导流角度数研究 被引量:3

摘要 为验证2种不同型号的投球压裂滑套在固液两相流的冲蚀作用下的磨损情况及可靠性,为研究其冲蚀分布规律,在冲蚀理论分析和数值模拟的基础上,采用CFD方法和ANSYS CFX软件对2种不同型号的投球压裂滑套在特定工况下的内流场及冲蚀分布情况进行了仿真分析,并针对不同扩张球座导流角的度数对压裂滑套冲蚀磨损性能的影响进行了分组对比研究。数值模拟研究结果表明:最大冲蚀位置出现在导流面末端;导流角对压裂滑套的耐冲蚀磨损性能有较大影响,其最优导流角度为20°。本文的研究结果可为评估压裂滑套工作可靠性提供理论依据,且能够指导压裂滑套工具的现场应用。 This paper is to verify the wear and reliability of two different types of pitching fracturing sleeve under the erosion of solid-liquid two-phase flow.Based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of erosion,the CFD method and ANSYS CFX software were used to simulate the internal flow field and erosion distribution of two different types of pitching fracturing sleeve under certain working conditions.The effects of different degrees of diversion angle on the erosion and wear properties of fracturing sleeve were compared and investigated.Research indicated that the maximum erosion position appears was at the end of the diversion surface,the diversion angle had a great influence on the erosion and wear resistance of the fracturing sleeve and its optimal flow angle was 20°.Results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the reliability of fracturing sleeve operation and guide the field application of the fracturing sleeve.
