一种新型干式磁选机的设计及其磁场的模拟分析 被引量:4

摘要 设计并制造了一种新型三级干式永磁筒式磁选机。针对单级磁辊磁系排布不同、磁感应强度不同的问题,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Maxwell进行仿真分析,并用探针记录直径为2mm的圆形磁性颗粒围绕磁系外表面运动的磁场力,得到了4种不同磁系结构下磁感应强度的分布规律和磁场力的大小差异。结果表明:增大主磁极面宽度,可以增大磁场作用深度,拓宽磁场作用范围,提高精矿的回收率;减小主磁极面宽度,可以增大磁感应强度分布的均匀程度,增多磁翻转次数,减少磁团聚现象,提高精矿的品位。加入辅助磁极的磁系,比主磁极面宽大的磁系磁感应强度分布更均匀,磁翻转次数更多;比主磁极面宽小的磁系磁场作用范围更广,磁场作用深度更大。加入高导磁材料,降低了磁感应强度分布的均匀程度,也降低了磁场力与磁场的作用深度,不利于矿物的分选。该研究结果可为磁场研究及磁系排布的改进设计提供一定的理论依据。 A new three-stage dry permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator was designed and manufactured.For the problem that the magnetic induction of different single-stage magnetic roller is different,the magnetic induction intensity is different,the simulation analysis is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Maxwell,and the magnetic force of the circular magnetic particles with a diameter of 2 mm around the outer surface of the magnetic system is recorded by the probe.The distribution law of magnetic induction intensity and the difference of magnetic field force under four different magnetic structure are obtained.The results show that as the width of the main magnetic pole surface is increased,the depth of the magnetic field is increased,the range of the magnetic field is widened,and the recovery rate of the concentrate is increased;as the width of the main magnetic pole surface is reduced,the uniformity of the magnetic induction intensity distribution is increased,the number of magnetic inversions is increased,the phenomenon of magnetic agglomeration is reduced,and the taste of the concentrate is improved.When the magnetic system of the auxiliary magnetic pole is added,the magnetic induction intensity distribution is more uniform and the number of magnetic inversions is more than that of the magnetic system with a wider main magnetic pole surface;the magnetic field has a wider range and greater depth of action than that of the magnetic system with a narrower main magnetic pole surface.When a high magnetic permeability material is added,the uniformity of the magnetic induction intensity distribution is lowered,and the depth of action of the magnetic field force and the magnetic field is also lowered,which is disadvantageous for mineral sorting.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the magnetic field research and the improved design of the magnetic system arrangement.
