肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效

Effect of Feilike mixture combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia

目的 :观察肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 :选取50例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,随机分成对照组、观察组各25例。所有患儿均给予抗感染、化痰、退烧药等常规治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组给予肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。治疗7 d,比较两组总有效率、住院时间、主要症状消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果 :观察组总有效率明显高于对照组;平均住院时间,咳嗽、肺部干湿啰音、发热症状消失时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无统计学意义。结论 :小儿支气管肺炎在常规治疗的同时给予肺力咳合剂联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗能迅速改善患儿咳嗽、肺部干湿啰音等症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Feilike mixture combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods:Fifty children with pediatric bronchopneumonia were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 25 cases each.All the children were given routine treatment such as anti-infection,expectorants and antipyretics.At the same time,the control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablet while the observation group with Feike mixture combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet.The treatment was lasted for 7 days and then the total effective rate,the time for hospital stay and disappearance of major symptoms,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher and the average time for hospital stay and the time for the disappearance of major symptoms such as cough,dry and wet rale at lung and fever were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Feilike mixture combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablet can rapidly improve the major symptoms and efficacy on the base of routine treatment.
