补肾通窍汤治疗血管性痴呆68例临床疗效

Clinical effect of Bushen Tongqiao decoction in the treatment of 68 cases with vascular dementia

目的 :观察补肾通窍汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 :选择肾精亏虚型血管性痴呆患者68例,随机分为观察组及对照组各34例。两组均进行抗血小板、降脂、降压、控糖等基础治疗,对照组口服尼莫地平片及奥拉西坦片,观察组加服中药补肾通窍汤,两组患者均连续治疗3个月,治疗前后进行简易智能量表(MMSE)评分。结果 :对照组显效3例,有效18例,无效13例,总有效率为61.76%;观察组显效6例,有效19例,无效9例,总有效率为73.53%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通窍汤联合西药治疗肾精亏虚型血管性痴呆疗效优于单纯西药组。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tongqiao decoction on vascular dementia.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with deficiency of kidney essence and vascular dementia were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 34 cases each.Both groups underwent basic treatments such as antiplatelet,lipid lowering,blood pressure lowering and sugar control,and besides,the control group was treated with oral nimodipine and oxiracetam tablets while the observation group was additionally given Bushen Tongqiao decoction.The treatment was lasted for 3 months and the patients were assessed by MMSE(mini-mental state examination)scale before and after treatment.Results:The marked effective,effective and ineffective cases were 3,18 and 13 with the total effective rate 61.76%in the control group and 6,19 and 9 with the total effective rate 73.53%in the observation group(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:The curative effect of Bushen Tongqiao decoction combined with western medicine for treatment of deficiency of kidney essence and vascular dementia is much better than western medicine alone.
