切开挂线联合旷置引流术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的疗效

Clinical effect of incision and thread drainage combined with open drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula

目的 :观察对高位复杂肛瘘患者行切开挂线联合旷置引流术治疗的临床疗效。方法 :选取40例高位复杂肛瘘患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为研究组、对照组各20例,对照组行切开挂线法治疗,研究组行切开挂线联合旷置引流术治疗。观察两组的总有效率、术后VAS评分、并发症、创面愈合时间和复发率。结果 :研究组总有效率明显优于对照组,且研究组术后VAS评分、并发症、创面愈合时间均低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者6个月内复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 :对高位复杂肛瘘患者给予切开挂线联合旷置引流术治疗的疗效较好,术后并发症少,创面愈合时间短,复发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of incision and thread drainage combined with open drainage in the treatment of patients with high complex anal fistula.Methods:Forty patients with high complex anal fistula were selected and divided into a study group and a control group with 20 cases each according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with open-line method while the study group with incision and thread drainage combined with open drainage.The total effective rate,postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS score),the incidence of complications,the wound healing time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher while the VAS score,the incidence of complications and the wound healing time were lower or less in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the recurrence rate within 6 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:combination treatment has outstanding effect on patients with high complex anal fistula with less postoperative complications,short wound healing time and low recurrence rate.
