企业薪酬模式分析及改进对策研究

摘要 薪酬管理在当今的企业里已经逐渐占据了越来越重要的地位。所谓的薪酬管理,并不仅仅是把薪酬发放给企业员工,而是通过设置合适的薪酬制度来直接或间接地起到激励员工、提高工作效率、吸引人才、满足员工需要等作用。薪酬管理已成为值得人们研究的企业重要战略方针。现就薪酬模式特点进行分析,目前薪酬模式普遍存在的问题,对于薪酬模式改进的可行建议几个模块,简述现代企业薪酬管理的现状,并对目前存在的问题相应的提出了建议。 In today's society,management plays a more and more important role in the enterprise.The significance of salary management is not only to pay the remuneration to the employees,but to set up a suitable salary system directly or indirectly to motivate employees,improve work efficiency,attract talents and satisfy employees'needs.Salary management has become an important strategic policy which is worth studying.This paper is mainly divided into common compensation mode,compensation pattern analysis,at present the compensation model of the problem,the feasible suggestions of several modules improved compensation mode,status quo of the modern enterprise compensation management,and the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
