一种自制环氧树脂结构胶粘剂的动态黏弹性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 环氧树脂胶粘剂具有许多修补或加固结构物所需的独特性能。由于其具有极为典型的黏弹性力学性能,研究环氧树脂胶粘剂在老化过程中的动态力学行为不仅具有理论意义,而且具有广阔的工程应用前景。实验采用复配胺类固化剂,自制了一种环氧树脂基修补胶,研究了其动态黏弹性。根据时间-温度等效原理建立了50℃下胶粘剂的频率-模量主曲线,分别使用整数阶和不同阶数的分数阶Zener流变模型对主曲线进行拟合分析。研究表明,分数阶Zener模型在较宽频率范围内对主曲线有较好的拟合效果,且分数阶数越低,拟合效果越好。 Epoxy resin adhesive has many unique properties required to repair or reinforce concrete structures and cracks, especially, it has typical viscoelastic properties. Studying the dynamic mechanical behavior of epoxy resin adhesive in the aging process is not only of theoretical significance, but also has broad engineering application prospects. In the experiments, a kind of epoxy resin-based repairing agent was prepared by using a compound amine curing agent, and its dynamic viscoelasticity was studied. According to the time-temperature equivalent principle, the frequency-modulus main curve of the adhesive at 50 ℃ was established, and the main curve was fitted and analyzed by the fractional-order Zener rheological model with integer order and different order. The results show that the fractional Zener model has a good fitting effect on the main curve in a wide frequency range, and the lower the fractional order, the better the fitting effect.
