The Construction and Operation of Public Service Platform for Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas

分析创业公共服务平台之于农村经济社会发展的重要引擎作用:孵化创业项目;优化资源配置;提升创业环境;集聚优秀人才;解决就业问题。提出了农村创业公共服务平台的功能模块构成:政策模块,技术模块,信息模块,金融模块,管理模块,人才模块。分别从建设模式、组织模式和空间布局等3个方面系统探讨了农村创业公共服务平台的运行模式。

It can be safely said that the entrepreneurial public service platform will become an important engine of economic and social development in rural areas. Thus the following things are to be achieved: incubating business project;optimizing the allocation of resources;enhancing the entrepreneurial environment;gathering talents;solving the employment problem. The modules of the public service platform for rural entrepreneurship are to be designed,including policy module,technology module,information module,financial module,management module and talent module. The operation mode will be discussed from three aspects,namely the construction mode,the organization pattern and the spatial layout.
