The eighteenth century was a century in which the British class order changed dramatically.With the rise of the middle class,mass politics was concerned by the lower and middle class,and then a public space such as cafe or inn was developed,becoming the important space of propaganda and political activities.At the same time,from inns to cafes,and to newspapers,it also marks a change in the British political propaganda media with social class changes.
