摘要
高校人事制度对学校的长远发展具有重大的影响。目前,中国高校与许多国家的大学开展多领域合作,其中,中德教育合作的逐步推进,使得高校逐渐明确,要想适应社会经济教育体制的稳定且得到快速的发展就需要创新教师人事管理制度,尤其是改变传统的人事管理制度中以身份为基础人事管理方式。基于德国高校教师人事制度发展及特点,对国内高校的教师人事管理制度改革进行全面、系统的分析,找出我国当前教师人事管理制度的局限性,从而为今后高校教师人事管理制度改革提出建议,进一步激活高校的用人机制,谋求高校的长远发展。
The personnel system of colleges and universities has a great impact on their long-term development. At present,Chinese colleges and universities carry out multi-field cooperation with related organizations in many countries. Among them,the gradual promotion of Sino-German educational cooperation has made it clear to the universities that in order to adapt to the stability and rapid development of the socio-economic education system,they need to build up the personnel management system for new teachers,and at the same time change the traditional identity-based personnel management system. Based on the background of Sino-German educational cooperation,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the reform of teacher personnel management system in domestic universities,combines the current situation of the development of Sino-German educational cooperation in domestic universities,finds out the limitations of the current teacher personnel management system in China,and puts forward some suggestions for the future reform of teacher personnel management system in colleges and universities. It is suggested that we should further activate the employment mechanism in universities and seek long-term development of colleges and universities.
