我国小篮球运动发展的现状及对策研究

本文主要通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对我国小篮球运动的发展现状、影响我国小篮球运动发展中存在的问题进行研究分析。研究表明,我国小篮球运动发展与推广存在以下几个问题:小篮球相关政策制定不够完善、学校的重视程度;专业师资力量不足,硬件配置不完善;家长的态度、小篮球联赛组织机构不完善。针对上述的情况提出对应的发展对策:国家出台相关的文件与政策,提高学校重视度;开展专业师资力量的培训,完善硬件设施配备;完善组织管理机构,推动小篮球联赛的发展;转变家长的传统观念。

Through the methods of literature and logic analysis, this paper studies and analyzes the present situation of the development of small basketball in China and the problems existing in the development of small basketball in China. The research shows that the following problems exist in the development and promotion of small basketball in China: the relevant policies of small basketball are not perfect, the school attaches importance to it, the professional teachers are not enough, and the hardware conf iguration is not perfect. The attitude of parents, small basketball league organization is not perfect. In view of the above situation, the author puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures: the country issues the relevant documents and policies, raises the school value, develops.
