体育专业学生参与高校体育场馆开放管理的可行性分析

本文以韩山师范学院体育场馆作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、归纳总结法等方法,对体育专业学生参与高校体育场馆开放管理的可行性进行分析,阐述了体育专业学生参与体育场馆管理的可行性以及优越性,能部分缓解分管教师的工作压力,有利于提高学生各项运动技能与体育场馆管理能力以及教师角色意识的形成,让部分优秀学生参与管理还有利于培养出体育场馆管理人才,也丰富了学生的课外学习活动,以求对高校体育场馆引入学生参与管理工作提供参考。

Taking the stadiums and gymnasiums of Hanshan normal university as the research object, this paper analyzes the feasibility of sports majors' participation in the open management of stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities by using the methods of literature review, interview and summary, and expounds the feasibility and advantages of sports majors' participation in the management of stadiums and gymnasiums, which can partially relieve the working pressure of teachers in charge, help to improve students' sports skills, sports venue management ability and the formation of teachers' role awareness, help to cultivate sports venue management talents by some excellent students' participation in management, and enrich students' extracurricular learning activities, in order to provide reference for the introduction of students' participation in the management of stadiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities.
